Nice basic hotel room with a huge balcony on the 8th floor. Great views and a really good location with plenty of restaurants nearby including a steakhouse.

The room was ok and clean. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. It was pretty windy when we were there, and cold (also in the room with the windows that let the air through). Location was good and I guess even better when there is a bit of sun (and less wind). People were nice (and wanted really that we did some activities - caves). We finally went to the tour to Hue and weren’t satisfied in the end… (from Dong hoi, we had one stop to Vinh Moc Tunnels and then arrived to Hue for 600K per person) Breakfast is good (50k for a dish and a drink)

What a fabulous Hotel in a lovely unspoilt city . Everyone of the staff are kind , obliging and hardworking . We extended our stay from. 5 days to 7 days as we felt so comfortable here The location of the Hotel is perfect just a short walk to cafes, beach , market. We did a wonderful full day tour of the Phong Nha caves arranged by the Hotel We hope to come and stay again in this lovely hotel Robyn and Adrian from Australia

A very beautiful and spacious room with all the comforts. Very clean and well-maintained. The view from the room is lovely, thanks to the large windows. The hotel is very well located, and the staff is very welcoming.

We stayed here to go on a cave tour to Phong Nha-Ke Bang. The price was very reasonable and all the amenities were provided. The area was quiet and nice.

Triple room. Clean, bright and airy with good ventilation, and amazing views. Very close to the river and market. Plenty of time to rent a scooter for a day trip to Ngapali.

As the reviews suggest, the hotel isn't new, but the price is very reasonable. The plumbing is spotless, the hot water is good, the room is well-maintained, the beds are kept clean, and the view is great. The only thing I'd like to see improved is that my room, 502, had a ton of small ants. They even walked on the bed, so I had to sleep with a cover I brought with me. My room was 502 and my friend's was 501. My friend's room was comfortable, with no ants and the power was on, while my room was teeming with ants every time I left, and even the refrigerator power went out, so I had to be creative. It was disappointing that the rooms were so good and so different for the same price. I was worried because there was no email support, so I couldn't let them know my check-in time, but they seem to be available 24 hours a day, and it seems to be a family-run business, so everyone was very nice. Other than the ants, I was very satisfied considering the price. I think they were entering and exiting from the corner of the bathroom, so I sincerely hope they can block their path.
