Dongguan Shijie Town 4-star Hotels

I was very satisfied with my stay. I found a temporary resting place when I was on a business trip. I chose a special large bed room at a favorable price, but the room was unexpectedly good. There was plenty of light in the room and the network speed was very fast. It was very convenient for working. There is a small room downstairs. You can see the garden by standing by the window. It's very comfortable to look at the scenery when you're tired. The service staff are very proactive, the front desk handles business very quickly, and the phone calls in the room are answered in seconds. Very cost-effective

Stayed in 2 Double Beds Studio Suite, room is spacious and clean, with high tech A/C and auto curtain. Instructions provided both in Chinese and English so easy for foreigners as well. Hotel is new and both hardware and software (services) excellent. Breakfast surprisingly good with good varieties. Free coffee in lobby as well as PC with printers so very well thought of for business travellers. Free parking and and also charing stations within the car park, so easy for those ride in EV.

I only stayed one night. Overall, the service is good, particularly the reception service. Polite, quick check in and check out. Facilities is good as well, strong shower and clean bathroom. A big mall next to the hotel. Many eating places to choose and rail transit just nearby, very convenience.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

I was a regular guest here before covid when the hotel was managed by Pullman. At that time the hotel was busy and was in need of a renovation. This was my first stay at the property in about 4 years and I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrade to the hotel. Pullman no longer manages it but the rooms are redone and nicer and the breakfast area is upgraded. Good location to bar street with many good restaurants and easily accessible to Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

This hotel is always neat. I really liked the bathtub because it was big, but the garden was a little poor. The staff are kind to you. The location of the hotel is really good.

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

This place is very suitable for bringing friends and family to play and relax together. The entertainment facilities are also relatively complete. After dinner, you can go to the gym, do some fitness, take a walk in the Great Barrier Forest Park, go fishing at Diaoyutai, there are also children's playgrounds and jumping parks for children to play, and there is also a cute pet house near the hotel front desk. The pets in it are super cute. The cats are so cute that it's unfair, okay, hahaha. By the way, there is also a swimming pool inside, which is heated indoors.
