首先入住，洗手枱不好用！衞生不乾淨！地上的地磚因為壞了都硌腳！其次，床上有用過的紙巾沒清理，因為入住已經太晚了就自己墊了浴巾睡的！再有，洗了放在房間的內衣因為是濕的就沒有放進箱子裏，結果退房的時候就説沒有這件東西！
