Thank you for your feedback. Regarding hygiene, we are working diligently to improve it; all rooms have been fitted with high-quality screens, effectively keeping mosquitoes out; the exhaust fans in the hotel bathrooms and showers are specially selected for their quiet operation; for environmental protection and conservation, toilet paper is only replaced when it is almost empty, and two rolls will be provided to ensure sufficient supply; we have adjusted the angle of the toilet paper holders for easy access and rotation. There is a shopping mall next door, so you can easily shop there next time you visit. We welcome any feedback you may have during your stay, and we will actively address any issues.
