All Season Hotel (Dongguan Wanjiang Longwan Branch)

The hotel's reply to my negative review tried to subtly shift the blame onto me, the customer? I gave the negative review directly at the front desk. My reason was that I had called the front desk from Humen Station and was told there were still king rooms available, and they would enable online booking when I arrived. However, upon arrival, they claimed there were no king rooms left and asked me to pay extra for a different room. If you didn't have the room, you should have called me back so I could decide, not make me pay more once I arrived.

The room was clean and quiet; I would stay again. The breakfast was delicious. It would be perfect if there were toast. There are Chinese restaurants next to the hotel. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from a top-tier hospital (Dongguan People's Hospital). This was very convenient since this trip was for visiting someone in the hospital.

房間夠大，好乾淨。酒店大堂乾淨企理明亮，免費泊車。酒店內有一個大型的充電站（快充）。前台職員10分有禮貌解釋得很清楚。

房間很寬敞很舒服很乾凈，全季5.0住起來太舒服太方便啦，語音助手很好用，最愛就是投屏看電視，每次出遊首選華住就是因為投屏太好用了

酒店近曲海站,電視可洗衣機及乾衣機空閒,掃二維碼可實時監察,嗌外賣有機器人送餐,整體酒店偏新中式風格,有茶氣息

優： （1）免費洗衣機，可以app檢視並提醒時程，很方便 （2）各空間很大、沒有擁擠感 （3）環境乾淨整潔，沒有異味 （4）外送到點，可以直送房間，很棒 缺： （1）附近無什麼購物點或交通點，都需要打車

今次入住體驗非常滿意👍 房間很大，房內設備非常完善，隔音亦都滿意！ 因為本人行李箱發生小意外，找了夜間前台同事幫忙，他們很快就可以幫我解決到問題，非常感激🙏🏻 如下次再來東莞旅行，必定再入住這間酒店！
