The surroundings are nice, and the room was clean. It's close to the high-speed rail station, and getting a taxi is very convenient. Room 6102 had enthusiastic service, and the facilities were complete.

The hotel facilities are new and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water are great, and the internet speed is fast. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the price is excellent value for money. It's such a great deal to stay in such a good hotel at this price; highly recommended!

The hotel looks exceptionally comfortable after its renovation, with a simple yet sophisticated décor. The rooms are fully equipped and easy to use. The hotel also features a self-service laundry room and a fitness area, making it very convenient for travelers and providing a worry-free and comfortable stay.

This stay was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and professional service. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless daily, leaving not a single stain visible even between the bathroom tiles. While the furniture and walls showed some signs of age, and the amenities weren't exactly new, the air conditioning was fast, the bed was perfectly firm, and the bathroom fixtures all worked perfectly. The location is also fantastic, with the large Lam Tsuen Plaza perfect for an after-dinner stroll, and the shopping mall just a few minutes' walk away. The warm yellow light in the room, reflected on the soft bedding and complemented by the inviting decorative paintings, instantly soothed my tiredness and gave me a sense of security. It was a truly comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

辦理入住的時候服務態度很差，聽説我們還沒下訂單一直在推銷那個會員卡，讓前台帶我們去房間看一下也不帶。辦理入住整體流程下來一直沒給我們一個好臉色。真的感覺就像欠他800萬一樣。真的很無語我們自己出錢還得受氣。真的不知道的以為她是上帝，我花錢衹是想住的開心，不想去找氣受的，一聽説我們不辦會員卡就開始擺臉色。什麼意思呢，咋滴辦了會員卡的都是你上帝唄！還是一家挺有名的酒店。下次再也不會去了態度差死了一直襬臉色，問點事情也不耐煩。而且住的房間裏面一股味，
