A very luxurious hotel with an indoor pool. However, the pool reception had a strange rule that people over 60 are not allowed to swim. The buffet restaurant on the 61st floor offers views of the entire Humen, including the Pearl River. It's worth a stay. Huanghe Fashion City is right next door.

My stay at the Meisi Weildun Hotel was fantastic! A special thanks to Xiao Man at the front desk for her patient and meticulous communication, quick check-in process, and smooth, efficient invoice handling. The room was spacious and clean, with an outstanding bathroom view. The facilities were well-maintained. The staff were all polite and friendly, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in Humen.

I stayed here with my son many years ago. This time, I got upgraded to an executive room on the 53rd floor, and the view was absolutely incredible! It was also super quiet, and all for less than 400 – what a fantastic deal!

Excellent! The hotel staff, particularly Chen Man, were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a welcome drink upon arrival, and having a shopping mall right downstairs was very convenient.

The hotel is on a very high floor, offering great views. As it's an older hotel, some facilities definitely show their age. It would be perfect if they could upgrade some of the older amenities, but overall, it's good value for the price.

I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, but this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had, a complete rip-off. I booked a room for 588 RMB for a weekend trip with my son to the Humen Naval Battle Memorial Museum, and he bought an additional breakfast voucher for 38 RMB, totaling over 600 RMB. First, the experience was terrible. Parking was a mess; I had to awkwardly search for a spot. The front desk is on the 10th floor, but it was pitch black with no one to guide me. I had to fumble around by myself, couldn't find the front desk, and then went back downstairs to ask for directions. Second, the facilities were awful. The room felt like it was decorated in the 80s, the TV was one of those tiny, old-fashioned ones you'd find in a rural home, and the floor had visible grime. The kettle was the kind you'd see in a cheap motel, and everything else followed suit. Third, breakfast. There were practically no hot dishes; it was just a few scraps to get by. The fruit that was supposed to be included in the booking was also missing. In short, this hotel doesn't justify its price. It's an outdated place trying to pass itself off as a luxury hotel. Extremely satisfied with my stay! They offered complimentary drinks and fruit, and the room had an amazing, open view. When I extended my stay, they still cleaned the room perfectly every day.

My stay last year was pretty good overall, but this time it was a really bad experience. The staff's service attitude was fine, but the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the bathroom floor tiles were falling off, and there were cockroaches on the table... I couldn't sleep well all night...

The hotel room smelled of mildew, and the facilities were old-fashioned and not smart at all. The TV was an ancient model, and the curtains weren't even smart-controlled. I suggest updating the equipment to keep up with the times.

This is likely an older star-rated hotel. You can tell it once had a grand scale and design, but it's now showing its age. However, the price isn't high, so it offers good value for money.

Horrible terrible and unbelievable for a five star hotel condition . I used to stay in this hotel when it was named Sofitel and later it was changed to Mel’s Weldon and now it was another name.They are not even counted as 2 stars now.I took videos for the whole room unfortunately wasn’t able to load , only photos are able to load. The second issue is the moment u step into the hotel u can feel and smell a moldy smell. The smell get even stronger when the moment I step into my level and my room. I felt like vomiting at that moment. The last issue is the staffs significantly reduced 60% from the past and the hotel seem to off the air-contact certain timing in order to cut cost. Now I totally can understand y the moldy smell occurs and lesser staff to do a thorough housekeeping. This will be my last time in staying in this hotel. Totally unacceptable in naming as a five star hotel with the room charges at that price per night.Infact I had stay in their all kinds of rooms including suit room but I can only say the maintenance had drop drastically.

I stayed for several days in a row. Initially, I thought about changing hotels, but the excellent service from both the housekeeping and front desk staff convinced me to extend my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Especially Ms. Lan Ting at the front desk and a gentleman with glasses, they were both incredibly understanding. Any requests I had for the room were almost immediately fulfilled – they truly went above and beyond. Although the room facilities show some age, the youthful faces of the front desk staff really made the hotel feel refreshed!
