There was indeed a communication error regarding the robot delivery, which caused you inconvenience; this was an oversight on our part. Upon investigation, the hotel's delivery robot is actually scheduled to suspend service after 10:00 PM for safety reasons (this may have been due to a lack of clear emphasis on the time limit during shift handover, leading to an imprecise response from our front desk staff). When your order arrived, the robot had already stopped operating, and the front desk was unable to provide an alternative solution (such as human assistance to deliver it upstairs) in a timely manner; this was a shortcoming in our procedures. To prevent similar situations from recurring, we have urgently optimized the following two points: ① All front desk staff have undergone retraining on the delivery rules, clearly indicating the robot's service hours (e.g., 7:00-22:00), and proactively reminding guests of the time limit when they inquire; ② For orders exceeding the time limit, the front desk will prioritize coordinating human delivery (especially at night) to ensure timely delivery. The experience you described is seriously inconsistent with the comfortable experience we are committed to providing to our guests. We have immediately reported the problem to the management and will conduct a thorough investigation and rectification. Regarding the air conditioning problem: The engineering department conducted an emergency inspection of the air conditioning system of the entire building yesterday and found that some floors had blocked condenser pipes and thermostat failures. We are replacing aging parts and arranging a third party to conduct a comprehensive overhaul to ensure that all guest rooms will resume normal cooling function within 48 hours. The night duty team did not handle the emergency properly. We will strengthen the night engineer deployment to avoid similar incidents from happening again. I am really sorry. Regarding the mosquito problem: We have urgently contacted a professional disinfection company to conduct fully enclosed fumigation on the 17th floor and above (operation during non-business hours), and replenished electric mosquito coils and mosquito coils in all rooms. Regarding the dining experience: The breakfast team has adjusted the supplier and added an on-site cooking station. Starting tomorrow, we will provide local specialty handmade pastries, freshly squeezed juices and single-order egg dishes. We understand your doubts about the rating. In 2021, this hotel actively applied for downgrade because its hardware facilities did not pass the five-star review, and is currently undergoing room renovation.
