The hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk service is excellent. I stay at this hotel every time I travel for business, and I highly recommend it. It has a gym, laundry room, and pool.

My previous stay here was quite good, but this time, the hotel's quality has clearly declined significantly. I suspect there's been a change in management, and the experience was very poor. The smart TV in the room wasn't working; I could only watch regular live channels and couldn't access streaming platforms, which is a huge step down from before. My food delivery arrived at 10:30 PM, and at 10:40 PM, I called the front desk to ask about the robot delivery progress. The staff promised to send it up for me. However, when I called again at 10:50 PM, they abruptly told me to go downstairs and pick it up myself if I was in a hurry. I finally got my food at 10:55 PM. The service efficiency was low, and their attitude was perfunctory. The prices haven't changed, but both the hardware and service have deteriorated across the board. The value for money is extremely low, and I don't recommend staying here. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's quiet and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. The swimming pool is also free to use, which is a great bonus! 👍🏻
