I booked a temporary room for my family, and it was a complete disaster. It seems the hotel primarily caters to hourly rates, and the amenities for full-day stays are completely inadequate. The first room had a strong musty smell, obvious stains on the sheets, and outdated facilities. After we complained, the front desk helped us change rooms, which was a relief. However, the shower in the new room was broken. There was only one person doing all the work for the entire hotel, and my elderly relative waited ages for someone to come and fix it, resulting in a sleepless night. The hotel doesn't even meet the most basic accommodation requirements; I would never recommend it.

Response from Property: Dear customer, thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused! The weather has been quite humid lately, so we have improved the ventilation of our air conditioning and strengthened our service training to ensure every guest feels comfortable and at home. We wish you a pleasant stay and look forward to your next visit!

Is this a bookstore, library or hotel? At the front desk of a hotel with a very special decoration style, I met a very cute front desk guy (a guy on the night shift of March/Fourth), it was very quiet, I will book this hotel again if I need it next time

Response from Property: We are a 24-hour library and a 24-hour hotel. The hotel is youthful and full of bookish decoration style. Our employees are very lovely and service-minded, because we treat every guest as a friend and treat them with sincerity. You are very welcome to come again!

The hotel environment is very good. Entering the lobby is like entering a library, which makes people relax. When I checked in last night, the front desk guy provided very good service. The room is well-equipped, quiet, and will not be disturbed. I am very satisfied

Response from Property: Wow~--~Thank you dear! If life is like first meeting, there will be little happiness every day. Happiness is to be with the person you like, in the place you like, doing the things you like, whether it is love or quarrel. Happiness does not need warm sunshine or sweet love words, but I smile when I walk alone. Holding hands for the first meeting, let you feel the happiness of first love!

Every time I go back to Dongguan, I stay at Chujian. I have stayed there since it first opened in 2018. As always, the hotel is surrounded by food and entertainment. It is convenient and quiet. It is suitable for traveling with children, and it is also very convenient to go everywhere in the surrounding area.
