環境臟亂，灰塵很大，小蟑螂隨地可見😤😤😤空調異響，熱水器洗沒兩分鐘就沒熱水了，這樣的價格配這種房間，純屬浪費😡😡😡

空調壞了也不修，整晚空調滴水，滿桌子都是水，被子都濕的，一頓黴味，廁所居然是如下圖這樣的，而且排氣扇根本用不了，地上很臟，隔音效果很差，晚上挺吵的，整得人都睡不好，體驗感真差，價格還這麼貴。

位置在東城萬達SOHO，有兩個名字，這個會便宜一點。打電話問説有21樓，去到就説未搞衞生，給了間16樓，衹好接受。但旁邊房間在裝修，這個又不説明，一直吵到六點才停，第二天早上八點又開始吵，比鬧鐘還準時。前臺中午才上班，退房時都沒人，好像衹有一個班當值。廁所改裝過，由洗面盆的地方出水，第一次見。
