Splendid 🤩 friendly staff, speaking English / Chinese / Italian .. super clean and well furnished with touch of DeRUCCI on every thing you can find on your suite including the electronics, sofa carpets … plate of fruits delivered every day during your stay , luxury bath tub … have gym , restaurant and service center for business including lounge . Is one of the best hotels you can find in DG 👍

The hotel environment is neat and clean, the lobby area is very spacious and stylish, the rooms are fully equipped, and the showers are separated from wet and dry. The atmosphere in the lobby bar and Western restaurant is very good. It is very comfortable to sit and drink coffee and eat Western food. The receptionist at the front desk is warm and generous, and the price is not expensive. It is worth mentioning that it is convenient to travel and is close to the Humen High-speed Railway Station. It's an old hotel. I've driven by it many times before and this is my first time staying here. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and I forgot to read my work badge. The one I chose was renovated, but the style is really difficult and it looks old, but the former glory can be seen. The package also includes a dinner buffet and breakfast. The service staff are nice and the transportation is convenient, just get off the expressway.

What a beautiful Hotel and an fantastic location. The rooms are AMAZING! The service was truly amazing! Mr Garry (A world class front house member of the hotel was extremely helpful and professional in every way ) I highly recommend you ask for him just to say hello. The bath tub in my room was so beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the lay room of the rooms are glorious. The hotel is super large with 2 swimming pools and a super cool gym. Breakfast was delicious- for me served on the 41st Floor fit for a prince and princess. Overall experience - - true 5 star hotel with a 10 star experience. Thank you Regal hotel for making a British man happy.

Haiyue Garden, I have lived here for many years before the epidemic. The hardware is still the same, but the management has been changed. It used to be more Western-style, and the piano bar and live music in the lobby are no longer available😥🥲 I thought I would pay ¥800 a night, because of the Western restaurant There was a rich breakfast. Most of the waiters are the same, and the seminarians in the hotel managementmen🧸👍🙏🏻😀 are generous and courteous. There was also a Japanese lady Reception in the lobby ❤️🩹 Now they are all gone. Overall, there is a big gap between Western management and local culture. The lobby manager is an uncle. . Haha, definitely no gentleman 😋😋😅…. Of course, the price has really dropped a lot now🥲😹In the past, the company contract, 5.5 split, was close to ¥500 a night. So you really can’t ask for too much. It seems that now, the route is weight rather than quality😥🙏🏻I hope there will be improvement in the future. Don’t waste this environment😀🙏🏻 Come on💪🏿 I’m willing to pay for a better services Haiyue💟😀🙏🏻👍
