First of all, the service is a mess... Whether it's the owner or an employee, the customer service from the woman is really the worst. When I asked if the room was very noisy, I was told that it wouldn't be noisy if the door was closed. It was really absurd, the surroundings were noisy, and I could hear people talking outside. And they said the room could accommodate 3 people, so they paid for all 3 people, but then they told me there was an additional fee written on the website, and they told me to pay the additional fee. They said it was written on the website, but they didn't even check where it was written and just tried to take the money. As someone who works at a hotel, when a guest complains, I ask them to verify the facts. That's common sense. First of all, since I went with my parents, I paid the additional fee and filed an official complaint on the site to receive a refund. Even if it is a small amount, they first confirm it from the customer's point of view by properly checking and selling it, but the hotel said that was not the case at all and was offended. They said they were sorry and apologized. If you don't know someone, you might just ignore it, but if you know someone, it's even scarier..!! Don't do business like this And there's hair on the bedding in the room... Looks like it needs to be well maintained! I was confused as to whose hair it was. It was so steamy that I slept without a pillow and I also slept with a warm blanket;;;

It was located in a densely populated area with accommodations in the Donghae area, so it was worth walking around as there were many amenities. However, there was a lot of dust on the floor, probably because it wasn't cleaned well... Other than that, it's okay if you just want to sleep.

Bedding and cleaning were good. When I first entered the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The owner welcomed me kindly.

침대가 조금 불편하고 방음이 안 돼서 아쉬웠지만 나름 만족했습니다 ^_

그럭저럭한 호텔입니다. 출장으로는 괜찮지만, 관광이나 장기는 비추입니다

여행지 근처에 숙소가 있어서 예약도 편리했고 좋았습니다 다음에 또 오고싶은 숙소였음

중간에 3시간 정도 물이 안나왔는데 죄송하단 말만 하고 다른 대응이 없었어요. 동해역, 천곡황금박쥐동굴이랑 가까워서 위치는 괜찮은 편이었어요.

일년마다 한번 일박씩 찾아 머무는데 ㅋㅋㅋ항상 깔끔하고 조식 라면 너무 맛나요 ㅋㅋㅋ

6명의 직원과 같이 워크샾 을 다녀왔습니다. 사진과 같은 넓은 방과 침실.. 사진보다 좀더 큰듯... (생각보다 조금은 더 큰 느낌) 주차장이 앞에만 보이는게 전부인지 알고 아 주차장 없다.. 했느데... 옆쪽에 큰 주차장이 하나더 있더군요.. 위치는 번화가 끝쪽이지만.. 조용하고 나름 좋았습니다.

방은 깨끗하고 사장님들은.친절 하고 강아지들은 너무 귀여웠어요

깨끗하고 허리 안 좋았었는데 안마의자 있어 더욱 좋았어요
