During the pre-check-in stage, none of my questions sent to customer service were responded to, which already reflected poor service standards.
Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, possibly caused by a manhole or drainage issue, especially in the bathroom. The room facilities were also very dirty, to the extent that I did not feel safe or comfortable using them.
Parking was another major issue. For guests who require parking, staying here is extremely inconvenient. Visitor parking is practically unavailable, and guests are forced to park outside the K Avenue area, which is very far and troublesome. It is unacceptable to have to worry about parking after paying for accommodation.
In addition, I accidentally closed the door with the key left inside the room. When I went to the counter for assistance, I was told to personally call the management to resolve the issue. I explained that my mobile phone was also inside the room, yet the receptionist responded with an unwilling and unfriendly attitude before finally providing the password to open the door.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor hygiene, inadequate facilities, lack of responsiveness, and unprofessional service. I will definitely not stay here again and strongly advise others not to choose this accommodation.
