Near Airport K Avenue Homestay

The room smelled as soon as I walked in. Even with air freshener, it couldn't cover up the smell. The air conditioning remote was broken, and it was freezing. I suffered from terrible itching all over my body and couldn't sleep last night. My child's skin looked like bug bites, swollen and itchy. When I pulled back the bedsheets this morning, the mattress was absolutely filthy. The toilet was dirty too. It was disgusting. I will not stay there again.

Looks good on the outside, but the inside is terrible. It's not really a hotel, just apartments someone bought and converted. There was a weird smell in the lobby, and a strange, perfumed scent in the elevator. The room itself had a musty, damp smell, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. They didn't clean the room once during my three-day stay. Someone spilled coffee or milk tea in the hallway, and it was still there, dried up, two days later. Nobody bothered to clean it. Awful, awful, awful! And it stank, stank, stank!

The room was very spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. It's also very close to the attractions and the airport, making it really convenient for getting around.

Always satisfying to vacation here, this is my third time visiting.

I chose this place for a short overnight stay due to a late flight, but it turned out to be a really awful experience. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait a long time before someone showed up to check me in. This is extremely inconvenient for travelers arriving late at night or early in the morning. After checking in, I discovered the air conditioner was broken and completely unusable. The room also had a strong moldy smell and another odor, like a lot of dead insects, which was really unpleasant and made the room basically uninhabitable. When I reported the issues to customer service, they refused to contact the owner and offered no effective solution. My refund request through the platform was also denied, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Considering both the poor facilities and the attitude of the staff, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve encountered in my ten years of traveling. Honestly, if you're just looking for a place to crash between flights, you'd be better off just resting in an airport chair or a 24-hour restaurant. You could even spend the same amount on a half-day package at a professional massage parlor; many of these places offer 1-2 hours of massage and allow you to rest or even stay overnight, which would be a much better experience. Not recommended. Please choose carefully.
