Dongtai Huanghai Forest Park Cabin Cluster

Absolutely beautiful! Staying in the Haitang Room during the Qingming Festival was truly a splendid experience.

This hotel was, hands down, the most disappointing stay of our trip, especially considering the price. You could even say it was terrible. First off, when we arrived, my child wanted ice cream. They charged 7 yuan the first day. The day we were leaving, my child wanted another one – the exact same size – and they charged 5 yuan. I'm left wondering if there's any consistent pricing at this hotel or if the staff training is just non-existent, with prices being pulled out of thin air. Secondly, we stayed in one of the cabin clusters, and the cleanliness was appalling. After placing our luggage on the floor, three or four little yellow flies appeared. There were also three ladybugs on the bed, which unfortunately caused my child to have an allergic reaction in the middle of the night, breaking out in welts. Even after applying ointment for two or three days, there are still small marks. Third, they charged a 15% service fee for dining. This place is in the middle of nowhere – you can't even get takeout delivered. So, you're essentially forced to eat at the hotel's restaurant, and then they tack on a service charge? I don't get it. What 'service' are they charging for? A delivery fee, perhaps?

The hotel has a great environment, located in the heart of the Yellow Sea Forest Park, and is very quiet. The log cabins are uniquely designed and very interesting; the children loved them. The hotel service was also excellent, and the drivers who provided pick-up and drop-off services were warm and attentive.

The cabins are very unique, and the environment is lovely. Stargazing at night and hiking in the morning are both fantastic. Great for families. The rooms are clean. However, they are indeed very small; adding a small coffee table would have been even better.

The room was great in all aspects, and the hotel also had a shuttle bus, which was very convenient. The kids absolutely loved the cabin! I especially recommend the lovely receptionist, Ms. Zhang; her service was superb! The kids adored her! However, the facilities within the park were a bit lacking. The scenery was so beautiful, but the facilities were inadequate, so I probably wouldn't come back next time! Finally, the taxis in Yancheng overcharged me. It cost 36 yuan from Yancheng Station to Zhulin Hotel. I was traveling alone with two kids and didn't think much of it, only realizing I'd been ripped off on the way back! This instantly ruined my impression of Yancheng!

It was a perfect experience with a beautiful environment, very suitable for taking children on vacation. The cabin was also clean and tidy. We had a happy vacation. In particular, we have to praise the foreman Li Xiaolin, who assisted us with the luggage and listened to our suggestions along the way. He was very friendly and sincere. We are looking forward to the opportunity to embark on this journey again and enjoy the fun of a real natural oxygen bar!

The room is very big and clean. The hair dryer is from Xiaomi. The facilities are very complete. It is very comfortable to live in. I heard that the Shanyu room we stayed in is a 10-year-old room. You can't tell that it has been ten years. It is very well maintained and clean. , I heard that the newly built room also has a smart voice assistant 😂 It’s so advanced. The hotel service is also very good. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the lobby. Fortunately, we met the driver, Master Yu, several times. The master was very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding area, and even spotted wild deer in the distance with his sharp eyes! So happy. When we started chatting, the master also performed a ventriloquist performance for us. The calls of magpies and various birds came randomly, which was particularly powerful. The forest park is large and clean, with a very good ecology. There are many wild animals such as magpies, egrets, and peacocks. I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

The hotel is in the forest. There is a hotel battery car to pick you up and drop off. There are different room types. This time I stayed in the Huanyu, one room and one living room, all with TVs. The room conditions are good.
