Traveling during peak season, I was a bit worried about the service quality given the crowds, but my actual experience was a pleasant surprise. Even with a high volume of guests, the service remained meticulous and attentive. Check-in was efficient, the room was very clean, and every detail was taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Great location, close to the border crossing and the pedestrian street. The stay was fantastic, the room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, check-in was fast, and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money, I'd choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The hygiene and environment were acceptable. However, the breakfast and elevators were absolutely terrible – the worst Ramada experience ever. The breakfast was shared with the Vienna Hotel, which makes me wonder why I paid such a big price difference to stay at the Ramada. I could have booked the Vienna directly for a more economical price. If they don't physically separate the two hotels, it will only ruin the Ramada's reputation. I won't even comment on the quality of the breakfast being on par with Vienna's, but the fact that people had to scramble and queue for it was appalling. Some people, including elderly and children, even grabbed fried noodles directly from the serving trays with their bare hands, which was disgusting. There were five elevators in total, but their efficiency was low, and there was no distinction between hotel guests or different floor levels.

This must be the best hotel in Dongxing. The location is superb, right by the First Bridge border crossing – you can practically walk to Vietnam! It's also about a 200-meter walk to the Great Qing Boundary Tablet and the famous Vietnamese coffee shop. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting attractions. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Vietnam across the way. The staff's service attitude is excellent too. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dongxing.

This is the tallest building in Dongxing, and right downstairs is the Beilun River, which forms the border between China and Vietnam. The hotel seems like it was once quite grand, with impressive architecture. The breakfast restaurant is very spacious, but the food quality is just average.

This was my first time in Dongxing, so I wasn't familiar with the area. I specifically chose this hotel, and first off, its location is perfect – right next to the attractions, just a short walk away. The hotel is on a high floor, offering expansive views. Plus, the service was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend! 👍

Overall, it was quite good. The location, cleanliness, and the rooftop observatory were all excellent. The service was also decent. Dragon Pavilion Observatory Ticket: Staying at the hotel meant free admission, which was a great perk. They say it's a very old hotel, but the facilities are excellent. From the room, you can see people coming and going across the border on both sides.

Had a good experience on a business trip. Downstairs was convenient with plenty of food options. I'd recommend taking a stroll around the area. Dongxing City is worth another visit. The hotel breakfast was decent too.

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.

Great value for money, and the kids had a blast! They especially loved playing the Ludo board game and the Hello Kitty bedspreads! The hotel has high ceilings, offering a view of Vietnam in the distance! The buffet was also very plentiful!

This is a high-end, stylish hotel with great ambiance and hygiene. You can also go to the rooftop for some nice photos. The breakfast is diverse and plentiful, and it's super close to the port, just a few hundred meters away – you can easily walk there!

Good review! Great value for money! Facilities: The bed was a bit small, but it was enough for sleeping. Hygiene: Very good, clean. However, the blanket for kids to play on didn't look very clean to the naked eye. Environment: Very good, and there's even robot interaction. My child was very happy. Service: It was okay, perhaps because there were many people, the response wasn't very fast.
