The service was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a very quiet stay throughout our visit. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip!

It was very noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. Service: Front desk service was mediocre. Despite booking breakfast as part of our package, they claimed it wasn't included and couldn't find it in their system. At 35/person, the breakfast selection was also very limited. I originally booked for two nights but canceled and rebooked for just one to test it out. I definitely won't be staying here again. I need accommodation for a week for my business trip, so I'll be choosing a different hotel today.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent facilities. The fitness center was free to use. The location is convenient for transportation, yet it's quiet. The service was top-notch, especially from the young lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond, even helping to resolve issues that weren't directly the hotel's responsibility. Highly recommend!

The front desk service was warm and professional. However, the room had a significant bug problem; some were already dead on the table, and there were even more in the bathroom, with a whole fresh swarm flushing out when I turned on the water.
