Environment: A very upscale and grand European-style hotel, it just feels 'splendid'. Facilities: Well-equipped and modern. I must praise the hotel breakfast; the variety is rich and the taste is excellent, definitely worth trying. Service: The service is very warm and thoughtful.

Extremely satisfied! The environment is beautiful, and there's a park nearby with a lovely night view. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The breakfast itself was plentiful and delicious. Overall, the service was outstanding.

Very satisfied, and not just with the room. I also tried the hotel's lobby bar for afternoon tea and the Chinese restaurant for dinner. Both were excellent, scoring over 80 points. At 440 RMB including breakfast for two, it offers great value for an IHG property. I'm very pleased. The room was super spacious with a balcony and a nice view. The location is convenient, and the gym is huge with excellent facilities. The only drawback was seeing someone lying down and sleeping in the women's changing room, which was a bit off-putting. But that's not really the hotel's fault; it's more about the local people.

First time visiting Dongying, and while the hotel seems a bit older, it's very well-maintained. It's probably great value for money during the summer. The suite was spacious for my child, who was very happy, and we could cast to the TV. There's also an accompanying children's play area, but remember to bring non-slip socks. They could improve the daily maintenance of the play area a bit more. The staff were quite service-oriented, offering to help with our luggage upstairs. I was also satisfied with the room's cleanliness, which is important to me, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with plenty of variety. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a park, and there are restaurants nearby. It's very convenient if you're driving.

I initially booked a room without breakfast for over 400 RMB, but then saw breakfast was priced at 118 RMB. So, I decided to upgrade to a room with breakfast for just over 500 RMB. Breakfast ended at 10 AM, and I arrived a little after 9 AM. The hotel advertised a breakfast worth 118 RMB, but there were only three cold dishes. The porridge pots were nearly empty, and no one refilled them. Other dishes took ages to be replenished after they ran out. Fried eggs were served one by one, and steamed buns were replenished a tray at a time. To make matters worse, the buns were clearly instant and pre-made. For a 118 RMB breakfast, it felt like nothing was refilled until it was completely gone. Overall, the breakfast experience was truly terrible. After breakfast, I went back to my room. It had a nice big balcony. When I opened the curtains, I noticed that everything was messy. The floor-to-ceiling window frames were covered in mud, and the glass was full of water stains. I can understand the outside being a bit dirty, but the inside of the glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Don't the managers inspect these things? Don't the cleaning staff do their job? The paint was peeling off the hotel hallway walls and sitting on the windowsills, and no one bothered to clean it up. When I first checked in, I wanted to use the bathtub, but it was full of dust and signs of prior use. I ended up cleaning it myself. I didn't take photos at the time because I tried to be understanding, but today's breakfast really made me furious. The hygiene is appalling, the service is terrible, and the overall experience is just awful. I will not be returning.

The hotel management was excellent! There was a strange smell in the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room and even upgraded us. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has a great location and plenty of parking spaces on the ground level, including slow chargers. There's a kids' play area, and breakfast is abundant. They offer local cultural experiences at various times throughout the day; I signed my child up for the 'huamo' (steamed bun art) activity, and they absolutely loved it.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and housekeeping does a great job. It offers good value for money. The spacious and tidy rooms, attentive service, and a wide variety of breakfast options make it a top choice for accommodation, especially with the pool and gym facilities available.

We had a fantastic family trip! We stumbled upon this Crowne Plaza in Dongying and decided to give it a try. It was our first time staying here, and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool with its play area and games. To top it off, the hotel even gave us a complimentary buffet dinner, which was incredibly clean and delicious. My child is already asking to come back!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as good as the first! The kids absolutely love it. The environment is grand, and the facilities are excellent. Most importantly, the service attitude is incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Xiao Shang! Their service was exceptional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Dongying! Plus, they have a fantastic play area for kids and a swimming pool – it's so well-equipped! I'll be recommending it to all my friends. This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Dongying!

The hotel is like a palace, with plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean, and the lake view from the lake-view rooms is also great. There's free coffee and hot water in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
