Mels Weldon Evergreen Lake Hotel

The room was really old. There was no hot water on the first day, and the staff told me they'd have to call engineering to fix it. I ended up having to go to the front desk to get a room change. In the new room, the minibar glass was dusty, and the bedside lamp was broken. The hotel breakfast wasn't impressive either; there wasn't much variety. The only good thing was its proximity to Wanfenglin.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. We were traveling as a family, and the customer service proactively upgraded us to a suite. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's clean and grand overall.

Overall, the stay was excellent, and I must commend the hotel's service. The check-in and check-out process at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were warm and friendly. Room service was prompt, and the room was clean and tidy. When I needed something (like ice), I contacted customer service and it was delivered very quickly. Any minor issues were handled promptly and properly after communication, which was a thoughtful touch. With attentive and thorough service, and warm and friendly staff, the stay was perfect. It's my top choice for a vacation. The surrounding environment is beautiful and great for exploring. There's a hot spring and both indoor and outdoor pools. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is located right in the scenic area, which is lovely. They have playground facilities for kids, making it easy when traveling with children. Plus, there are hot springs, which I really enjoyed.

This hotel is quite large. I went on a weekday, so there weren't many people. The outdoor pool is also very big, and both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. It's just that traveling in the summer is too hot and sunny.

The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy. The view outside the window is simply amazing, with clear lake water and a beautiful sunset. The staff is very professional, and I'm very satisfied with their service attitude. There's an indoor pool and an outdoor water park, which made playing with the kids a lot of fun.

Both adults and kids were very satisfied! A big thank you to Trip.com and the hotel for the complimentary suite upgrade; it made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the location is fantastic, very close to Wanlv Lake if you're driving. The hotel's own environment is beautiful and lush, feeling like a grand estate. The entertainment options are also great. Even though it rained and we couldn't go to the water park, the indoor bubble pool park and hot springs kept us very happy.
