Destroying the restaurant diversity! 6 euro beer over the whole beach.bad quality meals! 10 Euro parking.shame on you you overpriced pieces! Dont go here 2024. i know medena since many many years,but since 2023 its a tourist trip per excellence!!

The hotel food is awful and it's cold poor choice the children pool is closed full of mould you have to pay €20 per day per person for sun loungers at the pool drinks are €4 for small bottle of water there is no restaurants near by the country is lovely but the hotel Is one of the worse we have been you also have pay €10 per day parking they seem to treat the French a lot better they have something called top travel only available in France they have a separate dining area and have dedicated reps here all day there is no disabled access to the pool the pool is down 60 steps over 350metre from the hotel I have never wrote a negative review before but feel people should be aware of this hotel they said it has been refurbished in April well from the pictures I would not think it has been.

I would love to give the hotel 5 stars. The location is fantastic. A fairly isolated spot a few kilometers from Trogir. Huge grounds slopping down to a beautiful beach. A number of clay tennis courts and soccer fields. There is a boardwalk which in the past had a number of small shops, restaurants, and ticket booths for tours and rentals. Unfortunately since Covid most of them have closed. There is one restaurant, one bar, and one ticket booth remaining. This leads into the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The hotel food is horrible! You are much better off taking a water taxi to Trogir (4€) if you want a decent meal. The beach restaurant is adequate. The immense hotel itself is an old Soviet style palace which has recently been renovated.The rooms are spartan. The staff needs some hospitality training. My wife was overcharged at the bar. One year we took an apartment/cabin there. It worked out nicely. Despite my complaints we will probably go back for a 4th visit, the area is so nice.

Just arrived for 1 week stay.....never have we stayed anywhere in the WORLD where we are being charged €20 per day to sit on their own sunloungers by the pool, in the hotel weve paid to stay in..... DIsgraceful......challenged already with reception staff who agree with us, but told its a management decision..........

We had a great time at Hotel Medena. + very nice hotel + clean hotel + nice pool area + nice staff +++ The Bar Manager at the pool, Danijel, good man + boat taxi to trogir + close to beach, nice beach with bars and restaurants + nice tennis court + (for families) very good family area Ok breakfast - some of the staff didn’t speak english, just spoke in Coratian Would recommend this hotel!

Our travel agency apparently chose the "economy" option, or at least I'd like to believe this hotel can do better than what we got. What we found after leaving reception were dark corridors and a smelly room that took us back in time to 1970's Yugoslavia, and even smellier bathroom with fungus on the shower curtain. The interior fittings, doors and windows almost certainly remember Marshall Tito's times...

No one mentioned the many steps /hill down to the pool and beach ! Staff were miserable and the hotel exuded a feeling of no effort or caring. Bar closed around 10pm at night and the cocktail bar never opened. There was no entertainment and not even any background music. Dull and boring just like the restaurant. Food was generally awful and monotonous. We survived a week in this hotel and even though Trogir is lovely the hotel spoilt our only holiday in 2 years.

we stay 2 weeks and stuff at the hotel was boring but pool bar guys blow us up. they where amazing. they make amazing coctails and they where funny all the time. good music and good summer vibes. food at restaurant at the beach was amazing and we eat there all the time.
