NH Dortmund

Let’s say location is nice (but the city center is small and every hotel will be convenient). The hotel is clean 5/5 (still saw some black hair on the floor unfortunately). The hotel is overpriced. Although it’s a 4 star hotel, the hotel doesn’t have a kettle and teacups in the room. They have the app, but it seems like doesn’t run very well. I asked for cups, a kettle and coffee, the reception answered it will be delivered soon in the app, but no one came to the the room after like 40 mins. I went downstairs myself for picking the items up and the receptionist said my room type doesn’t suggest coffee 😂 well, it’s 0/10 for the 4 star hotel honestly. Another thing when I arrived the curtain was this way and the torcher was broken, I wanted to read something and asked on reception to change a lamp, they also didn’t send anyone. Well, let’s say service is 0/10. The room is facing the railway, so I guess most of my room type.

We came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

Nearby the Central station. Nice and very large room. Clean and good for a citytrip.

Room is spacious, food good, services professional.

Near the main train station and minutes walk to the shopping street

Very close to Dortmund Main Station. Spacious suite with a lot of light and comfortable bed.
