While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

The maximum check-in time is 10pm and no one is allowed after that time… so if there is a train delay and we arrive after 10pm, it’s impossible, luckily I arrived at 9:45pm.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. So if you don’t have a car, this place isn’t recommended even though it’s one of the best properties to stay in. They have happy hour (free) for hot chocolate and coffee and that’s very nice. Highly recommend. They also have an AC and heater in the room which is very rare

I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars! That's why it looks pretty unkempt from the outside. What a shame! Reception is overwhelmed with checking in, paying on arrival but not picking up the bill until the next morning. Queuing twice!! Everything has worked better before. What a shame!!!

Die Auswahl am frühstücksbuffet war ok, nicht überragend, aber man ist gut satt geworden. Die Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, waren sehr freundlich und haben auch das Chaos beseitigt, welches unser Sohn hinterlassen hat. (Leider stand kein kehrblech etc. Zugänglich zur Verfügung) Betten für unseren Geschmack etwas hart, aber ein vernünftiges Babybett und Kinder-Bettzeug gab es. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, nur ein kleines Regal, was bei 2+Mini leider nicht reicht.

Super Hotel , trotz das es erst seit dem 01.12.2024 neueröffnet ist . Super Personal (sehr hilfsbereit sehr freundlich) habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt . Kann es nur wärmstens weiter Empfehlen ( Super Frühstück ) Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Reichlich Geschäfte in der Umgebung.

Hotel macht seine eigenen Preise. Hält sich nicht an Buchungspreise von Reiseplattformen. Gäste werden sollen mehr Zahlen als auf der Buchungsplattform angegeben sind. Dann wird man auch noch um 20 € beschissen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Zimmer sind klein und sehr spartanisch kein Tisch für Notebooks etc. In diesen Zimmern bekommt man Platzangst.
