Hotel Unique Dortmund City Reviews

It’s an aged hotel in a good location. The room is reasonably big & so is the bathroom. But there’s no refrigerator & only one hanger in the closet.

Everything went smoothly. Pleasant and really clean. Happy to come again.

The sheets and duvet had hair on them, they were dirty. I told the front desk multiple times but they never changed them. The service is really bad.

The front desk was incredibly inefficient; each check-in took an average of 10 minutes. Even though I booked a room with breakfast, they told me it wasn't included. I only found out it was included during check-out, but by then I had already forgotten. What a waste of a meal.

The room is nice and well-located near the city center. However, it's a bit noisy due to traffic and the street.

The hotel was great! The room was spacious and quiet, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The cleanliness is okay. The location is okay. The service is okay. The facilities are okay. The parking is not okay. 😫

Location is good, but the hotel’s cleanliness is questionable. I found hairs on the bed, which strongly suggests the bed sheet was not replaced after the previous guest checked out. Even if it was replaced, the housekeeping team needs to pay much closer attention to cleaning and inspecting the bedding properly.

We really enjoyed the stay. Self check in process is quite easy. A digital key is used to access the room, although this is our first time using a digital key, we found it quite handy. The room is large even for three people. The room is clean, neat, and tidy provided with a double bed and a single bed, a comfy sofa, a big table complete with water boiler, a nice selection of tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. The check out process was also quite easy. Surely we will come back to the hotel when we visit Dortmund again.

Very beautiful hotel, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

The room was decent, and the cleanliness was acceptable.

Great hotel, very nice any tidy rooms with working air-con. Absolutely can't fault it for that price. £15 hotel car park at the back. Young guy at the reception was great! Very friendly and helpful - top service!

Nice hotel, clean and welcoming. It’s close to the metro and also central train station.

Old, smelly, and stuffy.
