Very clean hotel, and a very spacious room. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, avoid December 31st. There were huge fireworks in the streets until 7 AM, making it impossible to sleep.

I will definitely stay here again when I come back Dortmund. The hotel is very clean. It is located in downtown so we can enjoy food, shopping etc. The price is reasonable. I love this hotel.

Excellent service. We didn't receive new towels. We weren't aware that we were supposed to hang the tag on the doorknob. Reception hadn't told us this. We were offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. Friendly staff.
