There was no kettle in the room, nor any bottled drinking water. To get water, I had to go to the front desk myself. The breakfast didn't change at all over the three days. I booked a suite, but they gave me a single room when I checked in. The front desk staff on duty that day told me to talk to the manager the next day. The next day, the manager said that the hotel didn't even have the suite I had booked. Eventually, I contacted Ctrip customer service for compensation. Image one shows the booked suite. The place is clean and cozy! The service in the kitchen and reception is very good! I will come back!

Renovated rooms, beware of the suites. All they are is a larger room, no separate bedroom like in real suites. Just know you are getting a lot of empty space for a lot more $$$

The location is good and close to the highway. There are also restaurants close by. I particularly appreciate the shuttle service to the airport.

The rooms are quite outdated. Not very clean, lots of cobwebs, and the bathroom door was so old and swollen it wouldn't close.

It is super close to airport, the 10 minute transfer to and from airport is included. The downside is that you hear airplanes all throughout the day, night time it’s quieter. It’s suoer close to mall which includes Wallmart, supermarkets, Dollarana, pharmacies, etc. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is not luxurious, but it’s fine and is included in price. Room/hotel is not newest, but it’s clean and it worked for me. And other plus is that wifi is included.

An old-school motel. The facilities are old but functional. Fair enough for a one-night stay.

A good near the airport hotel to stay overnight while awaiting for flight. Nothing special just a simple hotel.

The hotel is average in my opinion. There’s maybe 1,000 cigarette butts on the floor right between the hotel and the parking lot. Kind of gross when passing by when I need to get my car. Parking spot is very limited too.

We had a bad experienxe when we arrive at the hotel the female front desk clerk insist that our reservation was cancelled coz my wife credit card was declined..But we called and confirmed our booking at the hotel before our flight..She want to re booked our reservation again but the price was higher..My wife told her that she will call the trip.com first.Thats the time the lady did her job.. she told us that its already good.. For us thats very bad experienced..

There is free airport shuttle bus is bonus. other is ok. Hotel is very old.

Good location for being close to the airport. 15 mins drive. But the rooms are not clean at all. The walls, the vents and the floor are not clean. There are holes in the wall. Breakfast is eggs, beans, sausages, yogurt, milk. Better to get the McDonald’s breakfast close by.

The service was excellent. On the day we checked out, the front desk was managed by a friendly Chinese gentleman. Overall, it was a great experience, especially with the 24-hour airport shuttle. You just need to inform the front desk of your pick-up time in advance, which is very convenient.

The phone isn't working. The air conditioning is bad.
