The rooms do not look like the pictures. My friend’s room was not as bright and colorful as the pictures. The A/C unit in her room was also loud and annoying. We canceled our reservations but we never received the refund. I was not happy.

Yes yes this note is more due to the quality of the reception the very warm and hospitable staff the very diverse menu a rather peaceful atmosphere but also a very at least airy setting which allows a new person to be able to discover without problem

Beautiful Hotel and well located in the city of Douala. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated the services of the Coach Driver who picked us up from the Airport. It gives good information about the city especially for the Euro/CFA exchange.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à l'aéro international de Douala. Le chauffeur est vraiment courtois et très serviable. Il nous a bien conseillé pour notre séjour à Douala qui a été impeccable. Le personnel de réception et du Bar répond convenablement aux sollicitations et j'ai apprécié la salle de sport
