Great stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The room felt very old and was located on a noisy street in the English Quarter. There's a bus station diagonally opposite, and it was loud downstairs every day. I didn't dare go out at night because it felt really unsafe, so I just stayed in the hotel for two days.

Generally speaking, it's okay; there's even a swimming pool on the eighth floor (as shown in the picture). However, there are a few points: 1. Ctrip showed the price as 5900 francs payable upon arrival, but they charged me 9540 francs. 2. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. 3. The bed sheets were made of plastic film, which is not breathable and unhealthy. (See picture). Additionally, the price on Ctrip was 20% more expensive than the price on ***********, which also needs improvement.

There was no staff at the front office. The bellman brought my luggage at the front office, but there was no attendant. I had to wait for 30 minutes before the attendant comes.
