All Seasons Guesthouse

Lovely host, excellent continental breakfast, good location and very cheap ... but it desperately needs renovation, which apparently is due to happen some time in the future. Room 8 has a non-working TV and no views, plus you have to balance on the bed or a chair to close the curtains/operate the ceiling fans! No USB sockets - very few plug sockets at all. Bed is quite ridiculously huge and takes up most of the room!

We arrived on the IOM early morning and took a chance with all seasons re our luggage. On meeting Patrick a very nice, friendly gentleman he couldn't have been more helpful and didn't mind us leaving our luggage giving us a full 1st day without luggage. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk to the prom and bus stops. It is up a hill. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is self serve which is ideal, plenty of choice of cereals, toast, sweet pastries, yogart. Patrick is working his way down the building re decorating the rooms. If we come back to the IOM we would stay at All seasons, thanks Patrick.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere here, no maid service kicking you out of your room in fact you could stay in bed all day without a do not disturb hanging from your door, yes that means you have to make your bed, but I certainly didn’t mind, no regimental breakfast times either, just wander in when you’re ready. The dining room accessible any time of the day or night. The guess house itself isn’t modern but has a homey feel, it’s lived in, not clinical. It is on a hill, so be prepared for an initial climb, but there are alternative routes. Will I be going back? Yes, most definitely. Thank you Patrick for making our stay so enjoyable

This was a truly shocking hotel. I spent three nights here and it definitely had damp issues. I fear if I spent any more time here I would’ve probably developed a respiratory condition. The owner clearly does not care. No one was on hand to greet us. There was no check in. Patrick simply dropped us a text a few days in advance giving us the code to get in the front door and told us that the key for our room would be in the door. Complete and total lack of security or personal service. My room had an Xbox in it which had no games or controllers and the CD tray had been snapped off. What is the point of that? The bathroom was musty, hot water came as it pleased and the sofa in our room had a massive split in it. Personally I would like to see this establishment condemned. My room did have a trouser press though so my trousers looked fantastic all weekend.

Stayed here for 3 nights it was in a good location near the town centre and shops nearby was up a hill slightly but was manageable the rooms were out dated and the owner Patrick was gradually refurbishing the rooms the room was clean and replenished regularly the breakfast was continental and well stocked with all good products the owner Patrick was very welcoming and informative the price for the room was a good price probably the cheapest in Douglas definitely worth a try we used it as a base so we could travel the island so don’t listen to the negative reviews

Great location in Douglas. Rooms clean and warm. Plenty of cereals, fruit, toast, jam,OJ, cheese and yogurts in the morning. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good coffee shop nearby also ☕ Five minute walk to promenade. 🌊 Couldn't fault this place at all.

DANGEROUS, The electrics are bodge job, stinks of ****, no way the bedding was washed, we booked somewhere else after 1 night it was so bad, the toilet has no sink, wooden door handles so all that bacteria is getting tracked through the house, discusting. Avoid. Couldn't even shower because the water was luke warm.

Really handy place to stay, close to amenities, sights, eating places, etc. Rooms are a 'work in progress' and in ours (room 2) the free wifi didn't work. Patrick is a great host...nothing is too much trouble for him. Free parking in the surrounding streets with a disc provided by the host.
