The Staff was very welcoming especially the lady at the reception during the evening. Very helpful and polite.
Bar staff and Breakfast guy were fabulous.

住了4晚，因為包了早餐，早餐都是英式早餐的食物，雖然沒有很多款式，但味道不錯，而且有提供水果，一家人都很滿意。

Too warm, too uncomfortable
Room was excessively warm with no air condition.
Blankets were far too thick.
Required having windows open - and loads of noise outside on the street from crowds of people outside being heard when trying to sleep.
Bed was hard and difficult to relax in.
Just an overall challenge to sleep / enjoy.
