Cunard Apartments

I and my daughter stayed at one of these apartments. I must say that we had a lovely time staying by the sea, looking at the sea whilst having our lunches and dinners. Absolutely immaculate apartment and very spacious! I highly recommend stay here if you are visiting the island. I want to mention about my exceptional situation. We left our luggage since we locked out and we had ferry in 15 minutes. I left with my daughter and luckily I had my laptop bag and necessary things to travel. I had my suitcases one of which was left open with important documents like passports in it. I rang Mr. Nigel Fogg and explained the situation. Nigel went an extra mile and help me with everything that I could expect and beyond. He not only personally visited the apartment, he took photos of all my luggage and sent me and kept everything in safe place. What more, he also put the cheese into the fridge that we bought on Island for my daughter so that it doesn't mould. He also measured my luggage, assisted me with the cheaper options to ship it back to our home in England. I feel indebted for the help that Nigel has offered to me and warm hospitality. I am absolutely happy with the overall experience. Thank you specially to Nigel !

The spacious rooms are clean and well equipped. Nearby attractions are easily accessible. The booking was easy and seamless, the staff cant do enough to help. Overall, its a fantastic place to stay and we would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home .

Super nice owner. The living/dining area was huge, beautiful with the best views overlooking the water. The kitchen was great too. The bedrooms were nothing special, very basic, old and no view, but it was fine since we only slept there and hung out in the living area. Great customer service. Would definitely book again. Parking is annoying, but doable if you plan to be out before 10:00am and not back before 4:00 pm. It's 2 hour parking between 8am-6pm.

Amazing space to stay with great views

Property has restaurant on site which is convenient, the bed are average not too comfortable but not that terrible. both of bedrooms smell damn/wet

The whole place was grubby, the TV area has not seen a duster in a long while, the bathroom towel rails are rusty and the bathrooms are mouldy, the whole place smelt bad, the kitchen was sticky and the door is missing off the dishwasher. The car park is a good 15 minute walk away.

This place shoud be called 100 star apartments! Great location in Douglas Beach Promenade. The apartment is huge and very well equipped. The view to the sea is amazing. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Co-op crocery store as well. Nigel, the manager, is the best!
