The property should have been finished renovating before letting people come and stay. The parking lot was not cleaned from the snow, very unsafe!! No phone in the room to call the front desk . I parked in the front of the inn because there were no more parking spaces.

This property is unprofessional and unreasonable. They will take your money without full disclosure and then refuse a refund if service is not rendered. Stay elsewhere!

The hotel was very neat and clean. The only bad thing is that you can hear traffic all night long and noise from adjacent rooms.

Covid is not an excuse any more. Breakfast should be more than a few items in a brown to go bag. Not acceptable

The hotel could use an upgrade on the lighting in the room, and provide a lamp with plug outlets by the beds. Instead of a small breakfast bar, breakfast was in a brown paper bag, sitting on a table. I didn't know it was and I didn't bother to pick one up.

Staff was great. Stains on all cushions of couch, and linens were clean but had stains. Kind of creepy.
