"Worst night in my life. After 1 am I could hear someone trying to open the door of my room, and every 20 min he was trying and trying again. Thanks God I locked up with the key from inside. Sad, because I had a warm welcome and a room for myself alone, and this thing didn't let me rest like I should. No cameras in the hall, so..."

"The room was excellent, spacious and bright, a must-see for morning travel. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient, and the exhibition is only a dozen kilometers away. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive."

"We planned a long-planned golf weekend with the family and booked three double rooms from Sunday to Tuesday at Hotel Olde Bergmühle. Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed: one week before arrival, we were informed that Monday morning there would not be breakfast at the hotel due to staff shortages. We were offered a ticket for a cafe/backery in the nearest area. We were actually there on Monday breakfast.. If you booked in a romantic hotel and landed on a self-service terrace of a bakery on the street you can only be disappointed. This is not done on Monday, but was not fully hidden, but was not taken into account in the settlement. The worst thing was that you had to enter the hotel through a hidden cellar door and then complete cellar storage rooms and a steep staff stairs. This is just a conception for a guest who comes back to the hotel from a cozy dinner at 23:00. At Tuesday morning breakfast we were to be 6 in a relatively dark side room at two high breakfasts and we were only allowed to relocate to the winter garden after a strong protest. All in all - this was the first and last time in this hotel."

"Friendly staff and management. Nice breakfast with dark bread, cheese, cereal and everything you need. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. We will book again when we are back in Frankfurt. It is about 15 km south of Frankfurt, but costs 4x less than the overpriced hotels in the city during a trade fair."
