Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

We had our nice stay in this hotel. Buffet breakfast was great. Staffs was helpful.

Very nice location with a spectacular view overlooking the old town and river. We would definitely stay there again, if visiting Dresden again.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and of very good quality. The spa and wellness area is inviting for relaxation, and the smaller pool is also ideal for small children to splash around in, as the water temperature is pleasant.

I chose this hotel solely for its view, so I requested a river view in advance as a special request, but I was disappointed that they assigned me to a room on the road instead of the river. I stayed on a Wednesday, and there were no rooms on the river. When I walked along the river at 10 PM, I saw that only a few of the many rooms had their lights on. The rooms were small and ordinary, and it was difficult to find them based on the hotel facilities. I heard that the hotel parking lot costs €24, but if you park on the street right in front of the hotel, it's cheaper at around €7 for 24 hours. The only downside is that there aren't many places where you can park on the street.

I chose this hotel because I was on a business trip. It was conveniently located near the airport and downtown, and the walk around the hotel was also enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there during the trade fair, which was unfortunately a bit limiting. Breakfast was moved to an area that wasn't as inviting as the actual room! That was a shame considering the price, as it's all about the atmosphere and feeling. The location is great, a great view of the Dresden skyline. The rooms were clean and tidy! As far as the staff were concerned, there were quite a few young, unsure-looking waiters, we think they were just being trained. Accordingly, I don't want to give a rating on that, everyone has to start somewhere :) an overall successful stay with a few minor drawbacks!

A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, helpful, the reception is staffed at all times. The breakfast was very, very good, and the staff here were also very attentive, friendly, considerate. The location is perfect, beautiful for long walks along the Elbe. The center and the old town are easy to reach on foot. The cleanliness of our room was very good. We thank you for a wonderful short vacation, which we were able to make even more perfect thanks to the bikes you borrowed. We'd love to come back :)
