A kettle, cups, and other amenities are not provided in the room upon check-in, but they can be requested through the reception or room service and will be delivered promptly. As is common in many European hotels, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and only provides effective cooling after 10:00 PM. During the day, the room can feel quite warm and somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, both the room and bathroom are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the reception area is elegant and impressive. The food and beverages are excellent, and the hotel offers a very convenient location. The hotel is within walking distance of several key attractions and transport links, including the Zwinger Palace (about 10 minutes on foot), Bahnhof Mitte (10 minutes), Kongresszentrum tram station (8 minutes), and a local bistro (10 minutes). The setting is particularly attractive, with beautiful surroundings right beside the Elbe River.

Nice rooms and clean, but no service re. pool usage and no room service. Minibar and related Automat was not functioning. No friendly attitude of staff all over the place.

It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

Combining a prime location on the banks of the Elbe with spacious rooms and a spectacular breakfast, this hotel is ideal for both exploring Dresden and relaxing in comfort.

It was nice that the room was large. The shower room and bathtub were separate, and the bathroom was spacious.

酒店離開茨温格宮等主要景點都不遠，走路可以到，要注意酒店離開德累斯頓hbf有點距離，靠近酒店的是Mitte那個火車站，酒店環境好不錯，房間也很大

就在Elbe河邊上，沿着河邊漫步10分鐘左右即可抵達Dresden Altstadt，酒店的定位也很高，房間很大，很舒適

前台有一位長辮子的男服務生非常好，看到我是中國人，他講英語非常慢，讓我非常容易聽懂。入住感覺非常好！我要給前台服務生滿分！

Das Hotel ist aussen hui innen pfui, die Fugen sind im Badezimmer teils verschimmelt, die Glastüre im badezimmer führt zum WC dies ist so gut eingebaut das man sie wenn man nicht aufpasst mit der Holztüre die ebenfalls ins Badezimmer führt zertrümmern könnte , weiters ist die Glaswand in der Badewanne nur zur Zierde gut da sie undicht ist und zu hoch eingebaut wurde überschwemmung beim Duschen vorprogrammiert, auf meine Frage bei der Rezeption so um 16 Uhr ob sich wer den Fernseher anschauen könnte wurde ich vertröstet das keiner kommen könnte und EU weit die tv's nicht gehen komisch das meine Freund die mit waren auf den Zimmer schauen konnten ( kein graues Bild) weiters ist der TV sehr veraltet (10 Jahre mindestens.) meine Anfrage auf ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde voll und ganz missachtet und ich bekam das Zimmer auf die Sicht der Strasse inkl. In der Nacht lautes Geschrei der Besoffenen roten (Partei) bis spät in die Nacht. Die elbe habe ich trotzdem sehen können nachdem ich das Zimmer verlassen habe und ein paar Minuten gewandert bin. Weites war das Mineralwasser das im Zimmer steht weder gekühlt noch original verschlossen der Inhalt würde auf Leitungswasser getauscht und das Siegel war gebrochen beim Verschluss mir kommt es vor das man schon so sparen muss das der Kunde leiden muss, das Praktiker das man 2 Tage in der Garage stehen kann kostet dann noch Mal 48 Euro der Bademantel 5 Euro extra, die Sauna 5 Euro extra usw. Die getränke im Automaten sind ebenso überteuert mit 4,50 für 0,5 Liter alkoholfreies Getränk. Weiters war die belüftung (Heizung,Klima) so laut das man sie über Nacht ausschalten musste

房間、衞生間都很大很乾凈。床很舒服。早餐豐盛。地點很好，沿河邊走路到森柏歌劇院、茨温格宮、聖母教堂等景點都方便。
