Burton Lodge Guest House & Spa

Perfect in every way . We stayed in the cabin lodge which was cosy and clean with a private hot tub . The hosts and food were as also nice . No complaints from us definitely a good recommendation for getting away and relaxing for a night or two

I stayed for 4 nights with friends while cycling in the area, it was an ideal place to stay. I thought everything was very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, generous provision of supplies to make your own drinks, good breakfast, a relatively small pool but good to relax in after a days cycling heated to a good temperature. The staff were very helpful, with a secure room to house our bicycles overnight. Local hostelries within easy walking distance that do-good pub food for an evening meal.

Stayed 1 night Nov 1st. Comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Delicious, well cooked breakfast- ordered the day before. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed on our way to Beverley races. High end guest house and the owner couldn’t have been any more helpful. We stayed in room 7, big and spotless throughout. Much better than a chain hotel etc. Ate at a local Pizzeria, which was excellent on the waterside and a five minute walk. Swimming pool/ steam room was absolutely fantastic, will make sure and visit again.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Nichola, who I believe is the owner, was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was perfectly thought through, and the entire place has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere.the breakfast was also superb and overall i would highly recommend Burton Lodge

Just returned from a lovely 1 night stay as this wonderful guest house. Nothing is too much trouble. We used the spa and had treatments on our stay. We had it all to ourselves for a couple of hours as we were offered an early check in due to the treatment times that were available. The spa is so beautiful, so clean and smells amazing. It’s in a beautiful purpose built building and overlooks the golf course. Beautiful views, but with one sided glass so still very private. The owners have thought of everything and there are changing rooms, toilets and a shower room in the spa area. We both had a treatment and the therapist was so lovely. I had a gorgeous mini facial and my husband had the luxury back massage. Our room was clean, comfortable with a huge bed and a lovely powerful shower. Tea and coffee, biscuits and a water machine just outside our room. They have an honesty bar in a lovely lounge overlooking the garden. We had booked Burts for our dinner but decided on the local pub instead. Huge portions and very reasonable prices. Just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was lovely and all freshly prepared. You pre order when you arrive. Proper cafetière coffee, which we love to see. All in all this was a lovely, peaceful night away and just what we needed. Would love to stay again in ‘The Bothy’ when we have chance. Thank you ☺️

I stayed here with a group. The B&B is in the village of Brandesburton, next to the golf course. There are extensive gardens and it is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that none of us used. You order what you wish to have for breakfast the night before, and it is served at the table. There is plenty of parking available.
