Hotel fine We asked cleaning crew to tend our room when we left for the day - they failed to tidy it up That is only Demerit

Staff was extremely nice, room was nice. The shower had hardly any water pressure and we showered at 5 pm and most likely not many others were showering at that time. There was some mold in the shower along the base of the tile where it meets the bathtub. Rm 410, all in all it was a very nice hotel and we would stay there agsin

The room was updated and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Staff was very helpful especially with the ice/snow storm which paralyzed the area.

We got iced in by the adverse weather TX experienced. I shared with the front desk that if I had to get stuck, this was such a nice hotel to be stuck at! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A gentleman at the front desk even shared some warm pizza with us.

room was good, staff great. The cost on ******* was almost 2x the rate that some others paid for the same night/accommodations.

The front desk staff would make me a return customer because they were so nice and helpful.

As is always the case w/ Hilton, the wifi was 💩 and there is always something broken .. handwash holders in the bathroom etc. However, the worst thing was the mattress in our room. It was so old it felt like we were sleeping int two canoes pushed togher. Not much choice in Dripping Springs, but I would recommend you find another option if possible.

Tenants and their children running u p and don the hall u[ntil 1:00 am. Doors slamming : very poor sound proofing in building. Could not sleep. Will not stay in another Holiday Inn Express,

All staff we encountered were consistently cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Breakfasts were minimally adequate at best. The egg concoctions were synthetic tasting with a rubbery consistency. Turkey sausage patties- Bleah!! Etc.
