Hello!
We booked a two-night stay at your hotel, expecting to enjoy our time here. Unfortunately, several problems have disrupted our experience:
The toilet sink is clogged.
The blow dryer is broken.
There is a power issue with the card holder, causing the electricity to repeatedly turn off.
The in-room phone is not working properly, making it difficult to contact reception.
This morning, when the power went off while my son was in the bathroom, he became very distressed as the lights suddenly turned off. This was extremely inconvenient and upsetting for us as my son is POD, He has Autism.
The maintenance already came but I sincerely hope that no further problems arise during the rest of our booking.

-The Hotel near Metro Al Rigga 5 minutes walk.
- Have a supermarket near hotel.
-Have the bar in the hotel.
-Have 2 different bathrooms.If you want a Bathtub request in the box.
-They have a deposit of 200 AED when you check-in and they will be returned after check-out.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and its location is fantastic, right next to Al-Raqqa Metro Station. There are many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. However, the reception staff's behavior was nothing new. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived at 2:30 PM. They told me my room would be ready in half an hour, then told me to wait 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, and finally, I received my room at 5:00 PM. Furthermore, one employee acted inappropriately when she learned I was Arab. She asked me if I was Arab, and when I said yes, she laughed.

If you’re looking for restful sleep, please avoid. The hotel has many clubs within it and has music blazing until 3am - 4am in the morning.
Then you have people coming out of the clubs drunk, extremely loud. Running in the hallways and hanging around in the lobby laughing and screaming.
This is a hotel and I booked it for a restful sleep. But it was the complete opposite.
Besides that, towels stunk, toilet wasn’t completely clean. And one of the staff on the till in the restaurant was extremely rude.
Been in Dubai for 1 month, and been to over 10 hotels during my stay. This was the worst one because of the noise.
