It is as comfortable as it can be. And their breakfast is super, very healthy and delicious with plenty of options. Recommended for all type of travellers whether travelling for work or leisure.

I checked in at the property listed on the website, but they updated me to hotel, Novotel, and it was great. The reception staff were friendly and the service was genuine. I loved the room with its beautiful view, both day and night. There was complimentary coffee and water in the room, and the location was central. There were plenty of places to walk around all day. It's a very conveniently located hotel, close to the train station and the airport, making travel easy.

The room was quite new and nice, and the service was excellent. It's very close to the old town, within walking distance of the Gold Souk. The hotel is also right next to a metro station, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and offers great value for money. It's conveniently located near several key attractions in the old city. Plus, it's right next to Gold Souk, so after exploring there, you can easily take a boat across to the hotel, which is super convenient. I'd recommend staying two nights. A pleasant surprise was the infinity pool on the rooftop!

The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

The hotel's location is excellent, just over 100 meters from the Green Line metro station. There's a supermarket nearby, and the Gold Souk is only a fifteen-minute walk away. It's quiet, clean, and the service is great. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Gold Souq Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel truly feels like a four-star property, with excellent facilities and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is great, right outside the subway station, and the facilities are relatively new. However, the room cleaning is absolutely terrible. For several days, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. There was dirt on the bathroom wall. After I complained, someone came to take pictures, but unbelievably, it still wasn't cleaned the next day, and the dirt was still stuck on the wall. Plus, they forgot to provide bath towels for two consecutive days. Even worse, one night I returned late to my non-smoking room only to find a strong smell of smoke. When I complained, the hotel said they could only offer a room change, but it was so late and we had a lot of luggage, so we didn't want to move. The hotel refused to offer any compensation. After complaining to Ctrip, their attitude was excellent, and they provided compensation, so Ctrip is definitely trustworthy. But the cleaning issue at this hotel is truly severe. Also, the curtains were full of dust.

Facilities: Relatively new, it's a new hotel, but the hairdryer and other amenities were quite old. The toilet had a weird smell, and plugging things in would trip the power. Hygiene: The bathroom wasn't great and had flying insects. Environment: The rooftop pool was decent. Service: Very poor. They never had what you asked for, and I had to carry my own luggage.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and I was even upgraded to a better room – I was so happy! All the staff here are very welcoming. The hotel is new and in a fantastic location, just a minute's walk from the subway station. There's also a convenience store and a coffee shop right downstairs, which is super convenient.

The hotel is nice, clean, and modern. We stayed just to get some sleep before our flight, but there was construction nearby. We couldn't sleep. At 11 p.m., equipment was digging and working. It was very noisy.
