So quite place for relaxation , away from the city noise. Very friendly staff. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Clean and comfortable. Recommend for sure .

I’ve stayed at Cheval Maison Expo City several times now, from their luxury one-bed apartments overlooking the dome down to the studios, and every stay has been nothing but fantastic! The rooms are huge, modern, and super comfortable, with everything you could ever need , full kitchen, utensils, washer, cooker, the works. It honestly feels like home but more stylish.
The gym is excellent, packed with brand-new equipment, and the whole property just feels spacious and classy.
Big shoutout to Shenouda (Senior Sales Manager) whose professionalism and care shine through and the amazing energetic Bouchra, who made sure our stay was nothing less than excellent. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. The ladies at the reception also deserve praise for their consistent friendliness and efficiency.
Hands down, the perfect hotel in Expo City! I’ll definitely keep coming back bringing friends and family!

As this is a new hotel, so everything is new and good. Location is a little bit far from downtown, but it is okay due to we can go to downtown by metro between 30 to 45 minute. Good customer service and safe. Total: 8/10 thanks.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen! Lage direkt am Expo Dome! Bis 0.15 Uhr nachts extrem laute Musik und Soundchecks, sodass das Zimmer vibriert. Schlafen völlig unmöglich! Lichtschalter und Klimasteuerung waren defekt. Penetranter Duft in Lobby nach unangenehmem, stark weiblich riechenden Parfum, wovon mir schwindlig wurde. Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit positiv! Konzerte finden regelmäßig unterm Dome statt, an den das Hotel direkt angrenzt. Service äußerst ausbaufähig! Kommunikation unterhalb der Mitarbeiter funktionierte bei unserem Besuch nicht gut, was zu unnötigen Wartezeiten geführt hat. Hier bedarf es der Nachschulung.

Die Lage am Expo Dome ist katastrophal es wurden bei unserem Besuch bis Nachts Proben fdurchgeführt. Der Geruch in der Lobby war gewöhnungsbedürftig ich konnte den garnicht ab!. die Ausstattung war Modern und Luxusriös. Die Bedienung von AC und Lichtanlage war sehr schwer möglich. Service war grauenhaft, es wird dort nicht miteinander kommuniziert es hat sehr lange gedauert bis ein Techniker kam-unterirdisch. Beim Check in war zur Haupt Check in Zeit nur ein Schalter besetzt, was garnicht. Fazit ein sehr schlechtes Hotel für Dubai Verhältnisse, da gibt es ein deutlich besseres Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ich empfehle es nur Leuten die es mögen bis Mitternacht beschallt zu werden und sich in Dubai mit Europäischen Service Standards zufrieden geben
