The hotel is quite far from the metro station, so you'll need to take a taxi to get to the train station. It's not very convenient for those without a car, so keep that in mind before booking. It's very busy during the day, but it gets quiet at night, so I slept really well. There's a lot of construction going on around the hotel, so there's not much of a view.

The room was very nice , spacious and clean. People were friendly I really like everyone who works in the hotel. Only one big problem — if you are a traveller who explores the town using public transport then the location is not the best option! It’s very far away from metro. Even if u take the bus after metro that’s another 10 mins walk. So you have to uber everywhere — very expensive. It costed me 73AED from airport to the hotel and 45 AED to go to Dubai mall even just 2km away.

The hotel's facilities, environment, cleanliness, location, and price are all excellent. However, the front desk is very slow when issuing invoices and extending stays, and it's difficult for them to understand customer needs (even when a detailed list is provided). They also made an unauthorized charge without communication, and the refund process took two months, which was quite a hassle.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside—it felt like sleeping on the street. It was very uncomfortable. I changed rooms twice, but it didn’t help; every room was noisy.

A decent hotel – it's nice, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfasts are quite alright. Regarding the location, it seemed close to the Burj Khalifa and the Business Bay area, but in reality, it's on the 'outskirts' of it. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Burj Khalifa and 30 minutes to the Marina. The view is of the road and low-rise buildings extending towards the desert. If you're looking for a hotel where everything is close by, this isn't it. You'll rely solely on taxis (and they're expensive). Otherwise, everything was generally fine. Nothing bad happened, but I didn't notice anything exceptionally great either.

The place is new and clean , but lacks some spirit, the staff some of them are very nice but others hold sad face all the time especially some of the reception ladies.  Breakfast is ok but very repetitive
