I want to sincerely thank the staff at Jw Marriott Marquis Dubai for their warm hospitality, politeness, and outstanding service. A few staff members who made our stay memorable include Alex at the bell desk, who was very helpful and provided clear directions; James at the front desk, who was courteous and friendly during check-in; Rahim at La Farine, who surprised my mom with a birthday cake and was very attentive throughout our dinner; and Sir Mark and Miss Angelie from Guest Relations, who made my mom’s birthday celebration truly special.

Hotel treated us so well we extended our stay by another 2 nights. Room was big and service across was excellent in our entire time there. Big shoutout to Sultan, Shahina n Jan De Leon at the front desk and also Gourav from concierge. They were really helpful during our stay there.

I have always had absolute confidence in Marriott Hotels. This time, sending my child to start school in the UK with lots of luggages, and stopping over in Dubai for five days. The facilities were perfect, no need to mention. Every bellboy who helped with our five suitcases had a big smile and moved quickly. They even remembered my surname despite us coming and going constantly—very grateful! Looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit Dubai!

Location is quite traffic. Room was clean, but we didn’t expect to stay long as we and the babies couldn’t sleep well — it was too hot, with the temperature peaking at only 22°C.

Nice location close to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall, and Business Bay metro station. Service was top and very friendly. At the 13 floor , there was special smell from the drainage or sewage piping in my bathroom, and the cleaning team could not get rid of it.

This was my second time in the JW Marquis in Dubai (2023). The service was still superb. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Staff was excellent and very polite and correct. Nothing to complain about. More than superb service and for a very reasonable price. Every detail is thought about. The breakfast was extensive, and taste was good. I have to say that I were not that hungry this time in the morning, so I do not dare to say that the food was the problem (fair enough).
The rooms were clean, smelled neutral, were cleaned thoroughly and enough amenities and clean towels.
Valet parking: perfect. Never had to wait longer than 1 minute before leaving the car. Always picked up correctly, no damages on the car caused by the staff, and always had the car in 5 minutes after giving my ticket to the concierge.
Location is central and close to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Sheikh Zayed Road.
I would recommened this hotel to anyone!
