This hotel has old building and they are not customer service oriented people so I dont recommended to stay any families to this hotel

There was no internet on 5th floor. Dental kit, sleepers were not provided. Room service was not up to the mark.

Water is really hot. There is no cold water for take shower or wash face The absence of cold water presents a significant inconvenience, disrupting daily routines and personal comfort. This situation directly impacts hygiene practices, as the ability to properly cleanse oneself becomes compromised. Furthermore, the lack of temperature regulation can make simple tasks, like washing one's face, uncomfortable. Such a disruption can lead to a general feeling of unease, as the ability to maintain a sense of normalcy is diminished. Ultimately, the unavailability of cold water highlights the importance of consistent access to essential resources.

good and quality service and clean facilities staffs are friendly

There are a lot of cockroaches in the room.room is so cold and cooler of hall works all the day and so noisy at night because if some clubs in downstairs . Trip.com please delete this hotel from app. I booked this hotel for 9 nights 🤦♂️😐.

Location is close to metro. Room is ok for what you pay for but would be better if a bit brighter. Noise from nightclub reaches even 6th floor of the building and will end by about 2-3am ish.

Good place to stay in Dubai… The location is great which you could walk to the MRT station about 200m… Lots of good restaurants and places to shop… We had a very good time here… Highly recommended!!

The room is good but very old & service need more training & there is many discotheques make a loud sound all night Many peoples visits the hotel for the discotheques so there the hotel has been Always crowded

No service as the hotel advertised room size oaky but washroom water all over the place while flushing or wash hands report to to the staff no fix so put up with it for a week,breakfast is not ideal at all every day no plates no coffee cups it was bad I would not recommend to any one

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location and room size were decent, the overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling: the room had cockroaches and flies, the bathroom was in such a poor state that we didn’t feel comfortable using it, and the curtains were visibly dirty. For a room meant for three people, there were only two towels provided, and the toilet flush button was broken. To make matters worse, the TV was not even free—something I’ve never seen in a hotel before. This is definitely not a family-friendly hotel. The constant noise from the nightclub downstairs, which went on until 4 AM, made it impossible to sleep. The atmosphere felt more geared toward partygoers or people looking for one-night stands and escorts, not for those seeking a restful stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and family-friendly place to stay.
