I will recommend anyone that travel to dubai to stay in that place because it supper safe and very close to metro station. Staff are very friendly and call everyone by name.

Unfortunately, the customer service at the reception is very poor. The service is extremely slow, and even though there are three desks, you still have to wait at least 15 minutes. The staff do not seem to care if there is an issue. All the staff gather at one desk, completely ignoring guests. They don’t even ask how they can help or what you need. It’s really sad because the hotel itself is very beautiful, but the staff are not professional at all.
