Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it. The service is impeccable :)

It was quite unexpected that the hotel was in such excellent condition. I genuinely enjoyed everything—the rooms were spotless. I requested a non-smoking room, and that's exactly what I got. The slippers and towels were fresh, everything was in its place, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I love its 'old-school' style; everything feels solid, made of 'lots of wood and stone.' The breakfasts are very generous, and there's a terrace. The pool water is pleasant and not chlorinated. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay! For those interested, there's a Russian-speaking staff member named Dovlet, who speaks Russian very well.

The hotel is nice, though the location is not centric. But the staff at the reception is totally unfriendly, especially Mr. Gamal (he refused to call his surname). I spent at this hotel about 3 months in total with short breaks and when I asked for an early check-in (about 5 hours earlier), as a "gratuity", they charged me about the same amount as I paid for 1 night.

The hotel was good overall — clean, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were a bit small, but manageable. The AC worked fairly well too.

They tried to charge me for minibar nuts that I didn't even take.

Overall, it's a decent place, but many of the facilities feel outdated and could use a more modern touch. The swimming pool is quite small and often gets crowded. Rooms are also on the smaller side, and there's a strong food smell lingering in the corridors. The shuttle service is often full, making it hard to find a seat. While there are better options available, this place can still offer decent value for money at times.
