Very small room. No chairs on the balcony. You can find better ones in this area.

im still waiting for my tefundable hard earned money from the pool until now i didnt recieve yet any amount 65 aed..., one of staff told me i will recieve within 24 hours since the day i left the hotel advance for 1 day because of bad services.

Here is how my experience was with Time Oak Hotel Dubai We arrived earlier than 15:00 your check in time, hence we went shopping and came back to hotel around 15:30 We were waiting for room maybe 10 more minutes before received out room keys When we were approaching our room, 617 engeneering and housekeeping were leaving room at the same time After entering the room, there was a strong smell of paint from bathroom, I went to open balcony to refresh air and check out the view. Balcony was dusty and I went to wash my feet in bathtub which happened to be freshly painted and that's where smell was coming from. Moreover there was no warning and my feet was in the paint After I called guest service, explained the situation and for some reason they send engeneering, for what? Repaint again?! Then I called again and asked to talk to either duty manager, hotel manager or GM Reception called back and said housekeeping supervisor will come to our room I also showed him cigarette ashes which was left under the bed. He was polite and helped us to change room, which took about one more hour So around 17:00 we finally got to our room, 2 hours after the stated check in time by hotel! There were no further apologies. Just clean room same category. At the same time I would like to point out welcoming staff at the pool bar, they took care of us.

Amazing hotel! Clean, spacious rooms, daily cleaning. The room has a large TV, lots of storage space. Very large balconies, nice to sit on, looking at the surroundings. Very cool pool, big, warm, beautiful! There is a small area, lots of greenery. There is a play area for children, table tennis. There are many supermarkets around, Carrefour is 300 meters away. In the evening, the street has a pleasant atmosphere, there are sports grounds, they play basketball, volleyball, badminton. The hotel has good buffet breakfasts. There is a shuttle to JBR beach, but you can also get there by bus, the stop is 2 minutes from the hotel. It is not far to the metro. I can definitely recommend this hotel, it left only positive impressions!

Excellent hotel. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes from the metro station, shops, supermarkets, cafes nearby. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts are hearty. I recommend.

The company held an event and booked a hotel here. Overall, the room was OK. However, the room I stayed in was supposed to be a large suite split into two rooms, and it was convenient nearby. The only problem was that the iron in the hotel was broken, and both of my suits were burned. When I went to tell the housekeeper, the housekeeper took the old iron away and said he would give me a solution, but then he turned his face away. A young man knocked on my door at around 10 o'clock in the evening and said that their irons were all new and I broke the broken iron. They went back and forth for a long time. In the end, it was nothing. By the way, their kettle was also broken, and they didn't admit it. Later, I tested it in front of them, and they changed it for me.

Convenient transportation and OK environment
