Very rude and aggressive reception staff in the early morning. The morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful; I believe she is from the Philippines.

I am reviewing only based on my experience with the reception during the morning shift. The lady at the reception in the morning, who is from the Philippines, behaved in a very aggressive and angry manner. The way she spoke was rude and unprofessional, and the interaction was uncomfortable. This type of behavior is not acceptable for a hotel front desk. In addition, the room door access system is very old. The key card frequently does not work, and I faced multiple issues opening the door. The hotel needs improvement in reception service and an upgrade to the door access system.

Third stay here and so far the worst one They wont let u change your date 2 secs after u have booked with then even when it wasnt confirmed yet i tried to change my date and they didnt let me The rooms they have so called “ with and without rooms “ are both literally the same rooms so dont pay extra for it Its soo secluded that you can only order from their restaurant There is no other people delivering and the restaurant food is terrible

Nice for business travellers. Room is big and cosy and comes with fresh towels and amenities. Recommended place to stay if you are there for business trips.
