This DoubleTree by Hilton in Al Jaddaf offered an excellent overall experience. The service was impeccable; from check-in to check-out, everything was attentive and efficient. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and responded promptly, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic, catering to diverse tastes and helping us start our day feeling energized.

the room i booked is a “King Size Bed with Sofa Bed”, quite spacious and modern style, and it is 15mins far from DXB airport

i stayed in room 201 with my colleague to spend the night due to heavy rain. The Tv was not working, their technician has to glue the network cable in order to work. When we open the faucet at the washroom, dirty water comes out.. it took few minutes to somehow to become usable.. still yellowish

A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk who assisted me during check-in. She was incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. I extended my stay for another night and had a great experience. The room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The service attitude was excellent, and the hotel's location is super convenient, being very close to the subway. Getting a taxi was also a breeze. Plus, the hotel offers a buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

Perfect hotel and staff really appreciate and the location is more than perfect

The hotel location is a little far from the city center, but it’s only about a 20-minute taxi ride to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. It’s also very close to the Green Line metro, which makes getting around easy. A great choice for budget travelers who want to stay in a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, and honestly, there’s nothing bad to mention. Overall, it’s been a really pleasant stay.

The room was okay, but for a hotel that costs over 1000 a night, they didn't even provide toothbrushes when I called. I'm not sure what was going on. I had to call three times before they finally sent them up. I really don't know what they were doing.

The room was a bit small; for a family of three, there wasn't much space to move around. Both the bed and pillows were too soft. However, the service was quite good, and breakfast offered a decent variety, though it wasn't particularly suited for Asian palates.

Facilities: Pretty good, there's a pool on the top floor and also a laundry room. Hygiene: The lobby is clean and tidy, and the room hygiene is also acceptable. Environment: The environment is above average. Service: The service attitude is good, they answer questions patiently. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and about a 20-minute drive from the World Trade Center and Dubai Mall. There's a 24-hour convenience store directly opposite downstairs, and a few restaurants nearby.

Good place and near to the metro station

My stay at Hotel Ban was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making every part of my experience smooth and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and excellent quality. The service exceeded my expectations, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Extremely satisfied, had a very comfortable stay. I loved it and so did the kids; the full service was excellent. The cookies given at check-in were delicious. Check-out was smooth, and it was easy to get a taxi, plus the location is good.

A spectacular experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfortable that you don't want to get up. Breakfast was perfect only the shout of the Breakfast attendant with staff was annoying. Perfect Room amenities .
