Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

Negative: Apparent wear and tear of furniture. Bare minimum toiletries in the Bathroom. No pen or papers on the desk. Room service charged me dhs 30/- for a small bucket of ice which was horrendous! Positive: Mohammed Ghassa on front desk was genuinely helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is decent. The swimming pool wasn’t working and had half board but the trick was you need to eat early dinner otherwise you have to pay. Breakfast was good and ample choice. The room top restaurant pub has a superb view and the place is a decent place near the center .. around 10 mins away from dubai malls.

The room was spotless and had such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Combined with the attentive and friendly service, it made for a perfect getaway. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the charming, intimate vibe of the hotel. The service was top-notch and really made the experience special.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, and Christine at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. That said, our experience could have been improved with better communication and attention to detail. The main pool was closed for maintenance without any prior notice, making the remaining small pool incredibly crowded. We also noticed that basic amenities—like slippers, a bathrobe, a shower cap, and toothbrushes—were missing from the room and had to be requested. It’s a lovely property, but ensuring rooms are stocked and guests are notified of closures would make a big difference.

We have stayed here before and would highly recommend it. Close to the airport but also not far from downtown Dubai. Very helpful staff

For a Hyatt Regency, it didn’t feel like a 5 stars. For starters, the pool was closed as it was broken down and we were forced to use an overcrowded pool owned by the residence owned next door. Basic things like toothbrush was charged. Additionally there was no slippers, robes or even enough towels in the room. I wouldn’t definitely visit again under the impression I’m here to relax. But if I’m going for a quick good sleep and breakfast. I would visit 3.5/5
