Location was amazing, Front desk were very helpful, can say excellent but property it self a terrible I booked a room to sleep but afrer am hour I realized something wrong I found bed bugs marks on my body, while call Rec.hk staff seen it own than room has been upgraded into family room afrer few minutes ac was not working call recp, sent tech. But he said something wrong need to replace unfortunately another two hours has been wasted, Even though front desk offer a free breakfast, but it was not a compassion of time and terrible experience I have faced there. All it was uncomfortable. Staff was good, HK all Recep tried level best but ac was smelling like Dusty, not enough toiletries. End of the day it wss a terrible night last 15 years I had first time in hotel bed room bed bugs.

Great location. Rooms are brand new and everything feels chic. The bathroom is so shiny it amazed me, given the budget friendly price.

Citymax Al Barsha At The Mall is a good hotel for me. The location is vibrant and convenient. The amenities are quite new and very clean. I especially appreciate the spacious gym.

The room service is poor. I requested a dental kit, and even though it is chargeable and I agreed to pay, they still haven't delivered it!!

Horrible experience, the 1st day the housekeeping didn’t clean or tidy up the room Floors are extremely dirty and dusty  Cockroach in the washroom

Convenient location of hotel and excellent customer service. Reception staff was courteous and helpful.

The parking is extremely small and constantly full. I scratched my car because of how tight it is, and I saw other drivers struggling to park there as well. In 11 years living in the UAE and staying in many 3- and 4-star hotels at similar prices, I have never experienced a hotel advertising free parking but then not actually providing available parking for guests. The room itself is also incredibly small. I honestly do not understand why this place has such good reviews. For the same price, many other hotels in Dubai offer much bigger and better rooms, proper parking, and much more professional staff. During my stay, I could properly park only one night. Every other night I had to argue with the hotel staff because they kept saying “sorry ma’am, parking is full” without offering any real solution. Only after arguing did they finally start helping me. One night, nobody helped at all, and because all nearby public parking was full, I had to pay 100 AED for private parking near the hotel. Even after I informed them about this, nobody compensated me in any way. On the other nights, after arguing with them, they allowed me to leave my car outside near the hotel entrance/main door. But this was never offered from the beginning — they only started helping after complaints and arguments. What shocked me the most is that there was no apology, no compensation, and no professionalism. When checking out, they asked how my stay was. I honestly said it was terrible and that I was happy to move to another nearby hotel. Instead of apologizing, the staff laughed. And this is not about the price. I checked into another hotel just 3 minutes away for the same price: the room is bigger, the parking is spacious and easy, and the staff are polite and helpful with luggage. Meanwhile, at this hotel, nobody even offered to help with luggage during checkout. Terrible experience. I genuinely do not recommend this place to anyone.
